We want you to love your Peony Lane order. If something isn't right, here's how it works.
Changed your mind? 14 days
You can cancel your order and return items within 14 days of receiving them. For hygiene reasons, makeup and beauty tools can only be returned if they are unopened, unused and still sealed.
How to return
- Email us at ghosttradesai@gmail.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return.
- We'll reply with return instructions and the return address.
- Send the items back within 14 days of telling us. Unless the item is faulty, return postage is paid by you.
Refunds
Once we receive your return we'll refund you to your original payment method within 14 days, including the original standard delivery cost if you return your whole order.
Faulty, damaged or wrong items
If anything arrives damaged, faulty or isn't what you ordered, email us within 30 days with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, and you won't pay any return postage. This doesn't affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Allergic reaction
Please patch test 24 hours before first use. If you have a reaction, stop using the product and contact us.
